Rates include a full breakfast featuring natural catch oysters from our very own oyster beds. (We are not serving our oysters at this time due to pesticide and herbicide use in Willapa Bay authorized by state,county, and federal agencies).

A one night deposit is required at the time a reservation is made. Deposit is subject to forfeiture unless we receive notice of cancellation 10 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival or 30 days prior to holiday reservations. Cancellation policies will be individually negotiated for special events and rentals of the entire hotel. In general there is a two-night minimum for room reservations. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged per room for cancellations.

Extra charges: Rates are based on two people per room, extra child or adult $15.00 each.

Pets: Pets are welcome at $10.00 each per night (excluding rooms 1and 4), and must be leashed except in designated areas. Pets cannot be left unaccompanied in rooms. Owner fully responsible for pets and their litter on the grounds. Pets are not allowed on any furniture.

Sauna: Our beautiful Finnish sauna is available for $15.00 for the first person and $5.00 for additional persons (maximum of 5).

Yurt: Our yurt if perfect for meetings or events, for availability and charges contact inn management. No food, beverages, or shoes allowed.

Missing Key Policy: Because we've had so many keys lost we have instituted a $25 key replacement policy.

ONE-NIGHT STAY POLICY: A $25.00 fee applies for all one-night stays. We reserve the right not to accept one-night stays.

We are waving the one-night stay fee for rooms 4,5,7,9 for NEW YEAR'S EVE only.
